服务协议

1. 协议主体

本服务协议（以下简称"本协议"）由您（以下简称"用户"）与 FlashClip 开发者 songweibiao（以下简称"我们"或"开发者"）共同签订，适用于您对 FlashClip 浏览器扩展程序（以下简称"本扩展"或"服务"）的所有使用行为。

2. 服务描述

FlashClip（闪电划词）是一款免费浏览器扩展程序，提供以下功能：

• 划词 AI 操作菜单（解释、翻译、总结、润色等）
• 全局命令面板（快捷 AI 提问与页面操作）
• 页面内容总结与翻译
• 多轮 AI 对话
• 可高度自定义的 AI 工作流配置
• 搜索引擎自由切换

本扩展免费提供，开发者保留对本扩展的全部知识产权。

3. 账号与使用条件

3.1 用户资格

• 您须年满 13 周岁方可使用本服务
• 您使用本服务须符合您所在地区的法律法规
• 您须自行拥有并合法使用所配置的 AI 服务商的 API Key

3.2 账号责任

FlashClip 本身不要求用户创建账号。但您使用的 AI 服务商（如 OpenAI、DeepSeek 等）可能要求注册账号。您须对与您 API Key 相关的所有活动负责。

4. 用户行为规范

使用本扩展时，您不得：

• 利用本扩展从事任何违法活动，包括但不限于侵犯版权、诽谤、欺诈等
• 尝试破解、逆向工程或篡改扩展功能
• 利用本扩展生成或传播有害内容，包括仇恨言论、不实信息、违禁内容等
• 以违反各 AI 服务商使用条款的方式使用本扩展
• 尝试规避 AI 服务商的安全机制或使用限制
• 将本扩展用于任何形式的商业欺诈或不正当竞争

5. AI 服务商与第三方内容

5.1 AI 服务商责任

FlashClip 作为 AI 服务的连接工具，不对 AI 模型生成的内容负责。AI 生成内容的准确性、完整性和合法性由相应服务商及用户自行负责。

5.2 第三方链接

本扩展和本网站可能包含指向第三方网站的链接。我们不对这些外部网站的内容、政策或做法承担任何责任。

5.3 API 费用

使用 AI 服务商 API 所产生的费用由用户自行承担。FlashClip 与任何 AI 服务商之间不存在商业合作，不对用户的 API 使用费用负责。

6. 知识产权

6.1 所有权声明

"FlashClip"、"闪电划词"及其图标、代码、设计均为开发者 songweibiao 所有，受相关法律保护。未经书面授权，不得复制、修改、分发或创建衍生作品。

6.2 商标

"FlashClip" 和 "闪电划词" 名称及图标为开发者所有。在获得明确书面授权前，不得将这些标识用于商业推广目的。

6.3 用户内容

您通过本扩展处理的内容（包括您选中的网页文字、您的提问等）版权由原始权利人所有，FlashClip 不主张任何权利。

7. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大限度内，对于以下情形导致的任何损失，开发者不承担责任：

• AI 生成内容的错误、不准确或不适当性
• 依赖 AI 生成内容做出的决策所导致的后果
• 第三方 AI 服务商的服务中断或数据泄露
• 扩展功能的中断、故障或错误
• 未经授权访问您在浏览器中存储的配置数据
• 任何间接、偶发、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失

8. 服务变更与终止

8.1 服务变更

开发者保留在不事先通知的情况下修改、暂停或终止本扩展部分或全部功能的权利。

8.2 用户终止

您可以随时通过卸载本扩展来终止使用服务。卸载后，浏览器中存储的相关数据将依据浏览器的数据清除机制处理。

8.3 协议终止

若您违反本协议的任何条款，您的使用权利将自动终止。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议的解释和执行适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区）。若协议双方发生任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

10. 协议更新

我们保留随时更新本协议的权利。更新后的协议自发布之日起生效。继续使用本扩展即表示您接受更新后的协议条款。

11. 完整协议

本协议与隐私政策共同构成您与开发者之间关于使用本扩展的完整协议，取代此前所有口头或书面的协商与承诺。

1. Parties

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and FlashClip developer songweibiao ("we," "us," or "Developer"). It governs all your use of the FlashClip browser extension ("Extension" or "Service").

2. Service Description

FlashClip is a free browser extension providing:

• Text selection AI action menu (explain, translate, summarize, polish, etc.)
• Global command palette (quick AI queries and page actions)
• Full-page content summarization and translation
• Multi-turn AI conversations
• Highly customizable AI workflow configurations
• Free choice of search engine

The Extension is provided free of charge. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights in the Extension.

3. Eligibility and Use Conditions

3.1 User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service
• Your use must comply with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You must legitimately own and be authorized to use the API Keys you configure

3.2 Account Responsibility

FlashClip does not require user accounts. However, the AI providers you configure (e.g., OpenAI, DeepSeek) may require registration. You are responsible for all activity associated with your API Key.

4. Acceptable Use

When using this Extension, you may NOT:

• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose, including copyright infringement, defamation, or fraud
• Attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Extension's functionality
• Use the Extension to generate or disseminate harmful content, including hate speech, misinformation, or prohibited content
• Use the Extension in violation of any AI provider's terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent AI providers' safety mechanisms or usage restrictions
• Use the Extension for any form of commercial fraud or unfair competition

5. AI Providers and Third-Party Content

5.1 AI Provider Responsibility

FlashClip serves as a connectivity tool for AI services and is not responsible for content generated by AI models. The accuracy, completeness, and legality of AI-generated content are the responsibility of the respective provider and the user.

5.2 Third-Party Links

The Extension and this website may contain links to third-party websites. We bear no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.

5.3 API Fees

Any fees incurred through AI provider API usage are the user's sole responsibility. FlashClip has no commercial relationship with any AI provider and is not responsible for user API costs.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

"FlashClip," its icons, code, and design are owned by developer songweibiao and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works without written authorization is prohibited.

6.2 Trademarks

The names "FlashClip" and "闪电划词" and their associated logos are owned by the developer. They may not be used for commercial promotion without explicit written authorization.

6.3 User Content

Content you process through the Extension (including selected webpage text and your queries) is owned by the original rights holders. FlashClip claims no rights over such content.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriateness in AI-generated content
• Consequences of decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or data breaches by third-party AI providers
• Interruptions, malfunctions, or errors in the Extension's functionality
• Unauthorized access to configuration data stored in your browser
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

8. Service Changes and Termination

8.1 Service Changes

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Extension's features without prior notice.

8.2 User Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension. Upon uninstallation, locally stored data is handled according to your browser's data management mechanisms.

8.3 Agreement Termination

Violation of any terms of this Agreement will result in automatic termination of your right to use the Extension.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolvable, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the Developer's jurisdiction.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding use of the Extension, superseding all prior oral or written negotiations and commitments.
